Any member committing an act or acts detrimental to the organization is subject to termination of membership by the executive committee. This includes fish and game law violations.

All sales, memberships, and donations are final.  No refunds.

Membership and/or donations are made without any promise of anything in return by Yellow Breeches Anglers Conservation Association.

Membership does not give anyone permission to trespass on private property.
