Gun Raffle Information

You may know that we are conducting our first ever Gun Raffle. Sales started at the Spring Outdoor show on March 19. The drawing will be held ha 1:00 PM on September 17 at the nursery. Goals Our goal for the raffle is to sell all 1,000 tickets by the drawing date on September 17. According to The Hunters Trading Post which is assisting with the raffle, we are on track to sell all 1000 tickets. Should we meet that goal the club will benefit to the tune of $10,000 in profit. Progress, as of this writing, is that we have sold 338 raffle tickets for a total of $6,760. Break even is 500 tickets and $10,000.

 

Expenses are going up. Last year we spent $19,000 on food. This year because of sharply increasing costs we expect to spend in the neighborhood of $35,000. Every ticket we sell helps meet our food budget. Tickets are $20 each.

Include a stamped, self-addressed envelope for us to return your ticket stub(s). Be sure to include your phone number. Every gun is all state friendly. There are no handguns and every winner MUST be 18 years or older and MUST pass a background check. A list of the prizes along with terms and conditions is available on this website.
