The 2025 YBAC Fishing and Outdoor Show will be held on Saturday, March 1, 2024. Our venue will
again be the Saint Patricks’ Activity Center, at 87 Marsh Drive, Carlisle, PA. Show hours are 8:00 AM
to 3:00 PM. We will offer two set-up periods, on Friday evening (7 – 9 PM) and Saturday morning (6 –
8 AM).
We have made a change to the layout in 2024. The area in front of the stage is now booth spaces. All
booth spaces include one eight-foot table and two chairs. Additional tables are $10 each or you may
bring your own. Individual table spaces include one eight-foot table and two chairs. Booth spaces are
$50. Table spaces are $35 and include the table and two chairs.
YBAC will begin accepting reservations immediately. As in the past, vendors may select their preferred
location using the included map. All spaces are awarded on a first come, first served basis. Please note
that the show entrance has moved to the front of the hall when choosing your spot. Make three
selections in case your first choice is already taken.
